Morphological manifestations of the dynamics of catecholamines binding by erythrocytes during activation and blockade of adrenergic regulatory mechanisms

Objective - to study, the dynamics of catecholamine binding on erythrocytes when modeling stimulation and blockade adrenergic regulation mechanisms using cytological method
 Material methods. The number granules was determined silver nitrate impregnation under conditions administration anapriline -adrenergic receptor blocker (2 mg/kg), acute stress, activation noradrenergic systems (maprotiline, 10 mg/kg) a combination these effects.
 Results. in intact animals is 145-155 pieces/40 erythrocytes. Medium-sized are more common (0.6-0.9 m). After blocker, total decreases 2.8 times due large medium-sized granules. Under increases almost 2 small granules, which may be sign sensitization erythrocyte membranes catecholamines. Stimulation system causes 20% decrease medium sized stress against background system, reduced, desensitization.
 Conclusions. after during stress. accompanied by catecholamines, especially indicates desensitization receptors. method sensitive enough observe reception catecholamines exposed structures.
